Terms of service
Confirva terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Wular Ltd ("Confirva", "we", "us") for the use of the Confirva booking software, including the dashboard at app.confirva.com, the booking sites we host for your business, and our emails (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use Confirva for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
1. Who these terms are for
These terms cover business accounts: owners, managers and team members who use Confirva to run a business. People who book with your business ("your clients") use your booking site to book with you. Your clients' relationship is with your business, not with Confirva, and you are responsible for your own terms, prices and policies with them.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The owner of a business can invite managers and team members. The owner is responsible for who has access and what they can do.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Trial, subscription and billing
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial, shared by every business on the account.
- After the trial, the subscription costs US$19 a month for each business on your account, billed monthly in arrears to the owner. Each business includes 1 team member and 200 bookings a month. Extra team members cost US$5 a month each, and extra bookings US$0.05 each. What counts as a booking is explained on our pricing page; for classes, each place counts, and a course place counts once for each session.
- Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, which may act as the merchant of record and add taxes where required.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing month after the notice period.
- If a payment fails, we may limit new bookings until it is paid. Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law requires or we agree otherwise.
4. Payments from your clients
If you take payments from your clients through Confirva, the money goes to your own account with a payment provider you connect, such as Stripe, Square or Razorpay, or you collect it directly. You are the seller, and you are responsible for your prices, taxes, refunds, chargebacks and disputes with your clients. Your use of a payment provider is also governed by that provider's own terms. Confirva does not take a percentage of your clients' payments and does not hold their money. Refunds are made by you; Confirva only records them.
5. Connected services
You may connect other services to Confirva, such as a payment provider or a Google account to create Google Meet links for online classes. You authorise us to access those services only to provide the feature you turned on. You can disconnect at any time from your settings or from the other service. Those services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. How we handle data from connected services is described in our privacy policy.
6. Your content and your clients' data
- You own the content you add (your business details, services, photos, class materials and website text) and the data about your clients and bookings. You give us permission to host, copy, display and process it only to run and improve the Service for you, including showing your booking site to the public.
- For your clients' personal data, you are the controller and Confirva processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling your clients how you use it.
- You must have the right to use everything you upload, including photos and class materials, and it must not break the law or anyone else's rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, or to offer services that are illegal where you operate;
- send spam or messages your clients have not agreed to receive;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or get around the Service's security or limits;
- copy, resell or build a competing product from the Service, or access it by automated means we have not allowed;
- impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your business to clients.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
8. Our service
- We work to keep Confirva available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it meets every need of your business.
- We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you rely on in a significant way, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
- Emails such as confirmations and reminders depend on email providers and recipients, and delivery is not guaranteed.
9. Ending your account
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. It ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and final usage for that period is still charged.
- We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if payment is overdue, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will give notice first.
- After your account ends, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days. After that we may delete it, except what we must keep by law (for example billing records).
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Confirva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumer rights that apply where you are are not affected.
You are responsible for claims made against us arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your dealings with your clients, including their payments and refunds.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell account owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using Confirva after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can cancel.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.
