Drop-in classes
A place in one session. Pay per class or use a pack.
For yoga and Pilates studios
Publish your timetable, sell class packs and six-week courses, and let a waitlist fill the places that come free. Your own studio website, from US$19 a month, with no commission on classes.

Classes and courses
Run weekly classes people book one at a time, and courses people book once for every date. Set the number of places on each class, from a six-bed reformer room to a mat class of twenty. Clients book one place or a few, with a name for each person.
A place in one session. Pay per class or use a pack.
One booking for every session, like a six-week beginners course, paid up front.
Class packs
Sell packs of three, five or ten classes. A pack can cover one class, every drop-in class, or the classes you choose. Each place booked uses one session, and a cancellation before your cutoff gives it back.
Packs from the Linden Studio demo. Packs don’t cover courses.
Waitlists
A full class takes a waitlist. When someone cancels, the next person waiting gets an email and the place is held for them. If they don’t take it, it goes to the next person. Nobody has to watch the timetable.
They cancel Saturday’s Slow flow from the link in their email.
The place is held for 2 hours, or until the class starts if that’s sooner.
One click from the email turns the held place into a booking.
Minimum numbers
Set a minimum for a class and how long before it you decide. If not enough people have booked by then, the session is cancelled, everyone booked is told, and your team gets an email. Paid places are marked as refund due.
2 booked so far. If it’s still under 4 at 18:30 on Thursday, the class is cancelled and everyone is told.
Private Pilates
For one-to-one and reformer work, ask new clients to book an introduction before private sessions open up. Then sell sessions in fives and tens, and let clients book from their balance.
Services from the Form Pilates Studio demo.
Around the class
Run a class online with a Google Meet link for each session, or your own link. Only people who have booked, and your team, ever see it.
Share a sequence, a playlist or a reading with everyone booked: when they book, a few days before, or after the class.
Set a fee for late cancellations and no-shows, fixed or a percentage. For packs, a late cancellation can use the session instead.
The real thing
Linden Studio is a demo with two teachers, four weekly classes, a beginners yoga course and three packs. Book a place, join a waitlist, or buy the intro offer the way a client would.
What it costs
US$19 a month includes one teacher and 200 bookings. For classes, each place in each session is one booking, so a busy timetable adds up. Places above 200 are US$0.05 each, so 100 more places add US$5. Cancelled places, waitlist entries and enquiries don’t count.
