Contact form privacy

When you contact Confirva, we collect your name, email address, business details, and message so our team can respond. We send you a confirmation email and deliver your enquiry to the team members handling enquiries.

Our email provider, Mailtrap, processes these emails for delivery. Your enquiry is stored in our delivery queue for up to 30 days. Copies in our team’s mailboxes may be kept while we respond and work with you.

We use a hashed network address and email address to limit spam. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive client details. To ask about your information or request its deletion, email admin@confirva.com.
